A Sample Introduction/Conclusion of the Summary

The speaker dismisses the suspicion that someone else wrote the literary works attributed to Shakespeare and thoroughly refutes the points the writer makes by providing the facts that make it self-explanatory that they are groundless.

「導入」及び「結論」のポイント：　
課題文に”…, making sure to explain how they refute the ideas put forth by the writer.”「筆者が出した考えをどのように論駁しているかをきちんと説明しなさい。」とあるので、論駁の程度・方法について述べる必要があると思います。

今回のListening Sectionは、Writing Sectionの主張について、”do not have any arguments that cannot be easily dismissed”　｢簡単に無視できない（取り上げるに足る、まともな）議論が皆無である。｣と言っており、１００％否定する立場をとっています。従って、”The speaker totally opposes the idea of the writer.” 「話し手は筆者の考えに完全に反対している。」の様な強い表現を使うとよいと思います。上記の例では、”dismiss”　｢とりあわない｣を使っています。

また、筆者の各論点に対する反論の仕方ですが、どれも更なる反論の余地のない根拠を挙げています。
♦論点１　教育： 学校教育を受けた記録がない。
⇔　当時はシェイクスピアだけでなく全ての人の学校教育の記録がない。
♦論点２　知識： 作品中の歴史・海外の知識は一般人のシェイクスピアには得られなかったはず。
⇔　作品中の海外の知識は一般教養レベル。海外経験のある人たちが帰国後、知識を一般人のあいだに広めた。
♦論点３　階級：　高等教育を受けた海外経験豊富な上級貴族にしかあれらの作品をかけたはずがないので、一般人であったシェイクスピアは作者ではあり得ない。
⇔　作品中に多数ある古典関連の大きなミスは高い教養が身に着いた人にはやろうと思ってもできないミスなので、逆にシェイクスピアの様な貴族ではない人が書いた可能性が高い。

従って、”by pointing out the facts that clearly show that the writer’s points are wrong”「筆者の論点が間違っていること明示する事実を指摘することによって」のような言い方で反論の仕方を説明できると思います。上記の例では、”thoroughly refutes”「徹底的に論駁する」、”by providing the facts that make it self-explanatory that they are groundless”「それら（筆者の論点）に根拠がないことが自明である事実を提供することによって」としています。
